Creating notes in the web manager

You can create notes in the web manager, and then quickly access them in the ENGAGE app to use as a reference or to convert into sticky notes. If you create notes through the Notes page in the ENGAGE app, you can also access them in the web manager.

To create a note in the web manager, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to, and then log in.

  2. From the side menu, select Notes.

  3. On the NOTES page, select CREATE.

  4. Enter text for the Title of the note and the Content. The Title is displayed in the list of notes and is what you use to differentiate notes. If you convert a note to a sticky note, the Content what appears on the sticky note.

  5. Select SAVE NOTE.

After you save a note, the note remains open for you to edit. To close the edit mode, select VIEW.
