# Turning off 2FA

If you use one of the following methods to turn off two-factor authentication (2FA), you will turn it off for all areas of the ENGAGE platform.

## Turning off 2FA through ENGAGE

1. On the menu screen, select your profile image in the upper-right corner, and then select **My Account** from the menu that appears.
2. On the **My Account** page, select **Security & log-in**.
3. On the **Security & log-in** page, select **Two-factor authentication (2FA)**.
4. On the **Two-factor authentication (2FA)** page, select **Turn off**.
5. In the **Turn off 2FA** prompt, enter the verification code, and then select **Turn off**.

## Turning off 2FA through the web manager

1. In the upper-right corner of the web manager, select your name, and then select **Settings** from the menu that appears.
2. On the **Settings** page, select **Two-factor authentication (2FA)**.
3. On the **TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)** page, select **Turn Off**.
4. In the **Turn off 2FA** prompt, enter the verification code, and then select **Turn off**.
