Turning off 2FA
If you use one of the following methods to turn off two-factor authentication (2FA), you will turn it off for all areas of the ENGAGE platform.
Turning off 2FA through ENGAGE
On the menu screen, select your profile image in the upper-right corner, and then select My Account from the menu that appears.
On the My Account page, select Security & log-in.
On the Security & log-in page, select Two-factor authentication (2FA).
On the Two-factor authentication (2FA) page, select Turn off.
In the Turn off 2FA prompt, enter the verification code, and then select Turn off.
Turning off 2FA through the web manager
In the upper-right corner of the web manager, select your name, and then select Settings from the menu that appears.
On the Settings page, select Two-factor authentication (2FA).
On the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA) page, select Turn Off.
In the Turn off 2FA prompt, enter the verification code, and then select Turn off.
