# Disconnecting a cloud connection

To disconnect a cloud connection to OneDrive or DropBox, complete the following steps:

1. Open your menu or tablet, and then select **Web** <img src="https://3460182399-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwVx6bvwqEE7tD0TYOcfj%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-b7262541f20884af1cf58887dec1522c1aa5cd06%2Fmenu_i_web.png?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line">.
2. On the **Web** page, select **Web links**.
3. Select **Other links**.
4. Select **Cloud Connections**.
5. In the panel for the cloud connection that you want to disconnect, select **DISCONNECT**.
6. In the **CONFIRM DISCONNECTION** prompt, select **YES**.
7. Select **Back**, which appears overlaid onto the confirmation or sign-in page for the cloud service.
