Creating a form in the web manager

Go to https://app.engagevr.io/login, and then log in.
On the menu, select Forms .
On the FORMS page, select ADD NEW.
In the Create Form window, enter a name in the Name field, and then select SAVE.
After you create a form, you can modify the settings and add questions.
