Sharing a presentation from OneDrive

For information about how to set up a cloud connection to OneDrive, see Connecting to OneDrive. To open a PowerPoint presentation from a connected OneDrive account, complete the following steps:

1. Open your menu or tablet, and then select Web .

2. On the Web page, select Web links.

3. Select Other links.

4. Select OneDrive.

5. Browse to the PowerPoint file, and then select it. If you use a VR headset, use the right thumbstick to scroll vertically through the OneDrive directories.

6. In the PowerPoint editor window, select Present.
