Persistent Sessions

In a standard Session, when all hosts leave the Session, the instance of the Location and any changes are deleted. In a persistent Session, changes are saved between visits. You could use a persistent Session as a collaboration space that people visit periodically, or to configure a virtual space over an extended period to prepare for an important meeting.

If you want IFX to persist between visits to a persistent Session, you must set the IFX to a shared state. IFX that are associated with a single user are removed when that user leaves the Session. For more information about how to share IFX, see Sharing an object.

Persistent Sessions are available only to Enterprise groups.
