# Leaving a Session

1. To leave a Session, open your menu or tablet, and then, from the side menu, select the leave icon <img src="https://3460182399-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwVx6bvwqEE7tD0TYOcfj%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-6f2af826d2c187a1a5bb1534c3013bb57d561bb8%2Fleave_session.png?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line">.
2. Choose one of the following options:
   * If you are not a Session host, or are the only person in the Session, select **End Session**.
   * If you are the only host in the Session, select **End Session for All**. Any other users in the Session return to the menu screen.
   * If you are one of multiple hosts in the Session, select **Leave** to allow the Session to continue after you leave, or select **End Session for All** to end the Session and return all other users to the menu screen.
