# Changing the length of your experience

1. In the editor panel, select the menu icon (<img src="https://3460182399-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwVx6bvwqEE7tD0TYOcfj%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-dae6b7a6c252152370ebc3ed2051d7a69618d7b0%2Ficon_menu.png?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line">).
2. Select **Current Experience**.
3. On the **Current Experience** page, select the **Length** field.
4. Enter a new value for the length of the experience, and then select the tick icon.
5. Select **Save**.

You can enter the experience length in the format hh:mm:ss, mm:ss, or as the total number of seconds.
