# Connections

You can connect with other users in ENGAGE so that you can more easily interact with them on the platform. The main benefit that's currently available through connections is to quickly and easily join each other in the same Session. For more information, see [Session invitations](/engage/essential-features/connections/session-invitations.md).

You can access connections in the following ways:

* **From the menu screen**: Select **Connections**. Here you can view your current connections, view suggestions for people to connect with, and manage your invitations.
* **In a Session**: Open your menu or tablet, and then select the **People** <img src="/files/bSWKe67szXvzdXu5juSY" alt="" data-size="line"> page. Here you can view and create connections with people in the Session, view your current connections, and manage your invitations.

The following sections describe how you can create and manage your connections.
