# Changing your billing details

If you have a Plus subscription, you must ensure that your billing information is accurate for the payment method that you have chosen to use. For example, if you change address, you must update your billing information.

{% hint style="warning" %}
You can't change the credit or debit card that's connected to a Plus subscription. If you need to use a different credit or debit card, cancel your current subscription, and then create a new Plus subscription with a new credit or debit card.
{% endhint %}

To update your billing information, complete the following steps:

1. Go to [https://app.engagevr.io/](https://app.engagevr.io), and then log in.
2. Select your name in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select **Settings** from the list that appears.
3. On the **SETTINGS** page, select **Billing Details**.
4. On the **Billing Details** page, update your information as required, and then select **Save Billing Information**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.engagevr.io/engage/managing-your-account/managing-a-plus-subscription/changing-your-billing-details.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
