# Managing video links

Use video links to save links to YouTube videos and video files. You can only manage web links in the ENGAGE app when you're in a Session. For information about how to manage video links in the ENGAGE app, see the sections below.

## Creating a video link

1. Open your menu or tablet, and then select **Shared Screen** <img src="https://3460182399-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwVx6bvwqEE7tD0TYOcfj%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-9905ef9aaa465ebd78f96c78f773bda339e35b33%2Fmenu_i_shared.png?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line">.
2. On the **Shared Screen** page, select **My video links**.
3. Select **New link**.
4. In the **Add video link** window, enter a title, URL, and description. The title appears in the list of web links and is what you will use to differentiate your links.
5. **Optional**: Turn on the **3D Video** or **360 Video** toggles. Use the 3D video and 360 video toggles to automatically load the video in the appropriate format. If both toggles are off, the video loads in 2D.
6. Select **Save**.

If you create a video link with the wrong format settings, you can edit the video link to correct it. For example, if you create a link for a 3D video, but the video plays back with two views side by side, edit the link and turn on the **3D video** toggle.

## Loading a video from a video link

1. Open your menu or tablet, and then select **Shared Screen**.
2. On the **Shared Screen** page, select **My video links**.
3. Select a video link.

## Editing a video link

1. Open your menu or tablet, and then select **Shared Screen**.
2. On the **Shared Screen** page, select **My video links**.
3. Select the More icon (<img src="https://3460182399-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwVx6bvwqEE7tD0TYOcfj%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-80db28d61b0055599963a956da89137c5a224070%2Fmore-newcol-vert.png?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line">) for the video link that you want to edit, and then select **Edit** from the list that appears.
4. Update as required, and then select **Save**.

## Deleting a video link

1. Open your menu or tablet, and then select **Shared Screen**.
2. On the **Shared Screen** page, select **My video links**.
3. Select the More icon (<img src="https://3460182399-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwVx6bvwqEE7tD0TYOcfj%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-80db28d61b0055599963a956da89137c5a224070%2Fmore-newcol-vert.png?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line">) for the video link that you want to edit, and then select **Delete** from the list that appears.
4. In the **Delete link** prompt, select **Delete the link**.
