Use video links to save links to YouTube videos and video files. You can only manage web links in the ENGAGE app when you're in a Session. For information about how to manage video links in the ENGAGE app, see the sections below.
For more information about how to share and control videos in ENGAGE, and supported file types, see Videos.
You can also create video links in the web manager. For more information, see Creating a video link in the web manager.
Open your menu or tablet, and then select Shared Screen .
On the Shared Screen page, select My video links.
Select New link.
In the Add video link window, enter a title, URL, and description. The title appears in the list of web links and is what you will use to differentiate your links.
Optional: Turn on the 3D Video or 360 Video toggles. Use the 3D video and 360 video toggles to automatically load the video in the appropriate format. If both toggles are off, the video loads in 2D.
Select Save.
If you create a video link with the wrong format settings, you can edit the video link to correct it. For example, if you create a link for a 3D video, but the video plays back with two views side by side, edit the link and turn on the 3D video toggle.
Open your menu or tablet, and then select Shared Screen.
On the Shared Screen page, select My video links.
Select a video link.
The video loads and the Shared Screen tab of the Shared Screen page is displayed. For information about how to control a video in ENGAGE, see Controlling video playback.
