Joining an Event

If you're eligible to join an Event, you can do so after the host starts it. To identify if a host has started an Event, check if the start time in the Event list is replaced with Live.

To join an Event, complete the following steps:

  1. Open ENGAGE, and then log in.

  2. On the menu screen, select Events.

  3. If you registered for the Event, select the Attending tab. Otherwise, find the Event that you want to join on one of the other tabs.

  4. On the Event information page, select JOIN NOW.

  5. If the Session requires a password, enter the password, and then select Continue. For more information, see Password protected Events.

  6. If you need to download the location, wait for the download to complete, and then select Go now.
