# Controls on a VR headset

On VR headsets with hand controllers, use the following thumbstick or trackpad controls:

* To open or close the editor panel, press the **Menu** button on your hand controller.
* To summon the editor panel to where you are in 3D space, press the grip buttons on both hand controllers at the same time.
