Resetting your password in the ENGAGE app

If you forget your password, you can start the process to reset it in the ENGAGE app. Alternatively, you can start the process in the web manager. For more information, see Resetting your password in the web manager.
If SSO is turned on for your account, you can't reset your password in the ENGAGE app. To reset your password, refer to the documentation from your authentication provider.
To start the process in the ENGAGE app, complete the following steps:
Open the ENGAGE app.
On the log-in screen, select Forgot Password?.
On the RESET PASSWORD screen, enter the email address that's associated with your account, and then select SEND.
After you receive the Reset Password email, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
