Reviewing your 2FA status
You can check whether two-factor authentication is turned on for your account in either the ENGAGE application or the web manager.
Reviewing your 2FA status in ENGAGE
On the menu screen, select your profile image in the upper-right corner, and then select My Account from the menu that appears.
On the My Account page, select Security & log-in.
On the Security & log-in page, select Two-factor authentication (2FA).
Reviewing your 2FA status in the web manager
In the upper-right corner of the web manager, select your name, and then select Settings from the menu that appears.
On the Settings page, select Two-factor authentication (2FA).
