Changing your password in the ENGAGE app
If SSO is turned on for your account, you can't change your password in the ENGAGE app. To change your password, refer to the documentation from your authentication provider.
Open the ENGAGE app, and then log in.
On the menu screen, select your profile image in the upper-right corner, and then select My Account from the menu that appears.
On the My Account page, select Security & log-in.
On the Security & log-in page, select Change password.
Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
Enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
Select Update.
