# Changing your password in the ENGAGE app

If SSO is turned on for your account, you can't change your password in the ENGAGE app. To change your password, refer to the documentation from your authentication provider.

1. Open the ENGAGE app, and then log in.
2. On the menu screen, select your profile image in the upper-right corner, and then select **My Account** from the menu that appears.
3. On the **My Account** page, select **Security & log-in**.
4. On the **Security & log-in** page, select **Change password**.
5. Enter your current password in the **Current Password** field.
6. Enter your new password in both the **New Password** and **Confirm Password** fields.
7. Select **Update**.
