360 screens

You can use 360 screens to display 360° videos. They're spherical screens, but, depending on their position and other geometry in the environment, you may only see the top hemisphere.
If you want to display a complete, immersive 360° video, you can use the 360 Video Room location. For instructions on how to play a video in a sequence that uses the 360 Video Room, see Playing shared media.

Adding a 360 screen to a sequence

  1. 1.
    If the timeline view isn't active in the editor panel, select the timeline icon (
    ).
  2. 2.
    From the panel on the left-hand side, select
    IFX.
  3. 3.
    From the library of IFX, select the External Video Sphere 360 4K IFX.
  4. 4.
    Place the IFX in the environment. For more information about the controls that are available when you add an IFX, see Adding IFX.

360 screen effect options
