Configuring the shared media IFX

You can load any video that is publicly available through a URL. For this tutorial, we’ll use a trailer for the ENGAGE platform that has been uploaded to YouTube. To configure the video playback, complete the following steps:

1. On the timeline, select the cog icon for the Play Shared Screen Video IFX.

2. The first recording finishes its introduction at around 00:00:21, so enter this as the Start Time.

3. In the Video URL field, enter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OHtimtFY3M

4. The video is 1 minute 51 seconds in length. To ensure that the video is displayed only for as long as necessary, enter the End Time as 00:02:12.

5. Select Save Effect.
