Uploading an image file for custom branded IFX

If you change an image file, previous uses of branded IFX will also change. This includes IFX that have been added to a persistent Session, included in a snapshot, or captured in a recording. If ENGAGE staff previously managed images for branded IFX on your behalf, those IFX will also be affected.

1. Go to https://app-eap.engagevr.io/, and then log in.

2. From the menu, select Groups.

3. On the Groups page, select the name or View icon for the group that has custom branding IFX enabled.

4. On the group page, select the Branding tab.

5. If you want to replace an image file that you previously uploaded, first select to delete the current image.

6. Drag the image file from your computer to the corresponding branding variant pane.
