# Deleting a subgroup

You can delete a subgroup only if you have an owner or administrator role in its parent group.

To delete a subgroup, complete the following steps:

1. Go to <https://app-eap.engagevr.io/>, and then log in.
2. From the menu, select **Groups**.
3. On the **Groups** page, select the **Delete** icon for the subgroup on the **Groups** page.
4. In the **Delete Group** prompt, select **Delete**.

As an alternative to the previous steps, you can select the parent group on the **Groups** page, and then select the appropriate **Delete** icon on the **Subgroups** tab.
