Changing between persistent and commercial

If your Enterprise group has available quota, you can change a persistent Session to a commercial Session or a commercial Session to a persistent Session. The quotas for both types of session are tracked separately.

  1. Choose one of the following options:

    • To view persistent and commercial Sessions for all your groups, select Sessions from the side menu.

    • To view persistent Sessions for a specific group, select the Sessions tab for the group, and then select Persistent Sessions.

    • To view commercial Sessions for a specific group, select the Sessions tab for the group, and then select Commercial Sessions.

  2. Select the edit icon () for the Session that you want to edit. For information about how to search for a Session, see Search bar.

  3. On the Edit page, from the Session Type list, select the Session type that you want.

  4. Select Update Session.
