# LITE user limits in persistent Sessions

The maximum number of LITE users that can join a persistent Session is determined by your license type, as shown in the following table:

| License type               | Maximum number of LITE users |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| K-12 / Primary / Secondary | 3                            |
| Higher Education           | 5                            |
| Enterprise                 | 5                            |
| Commercial                 | 20                           |

Commercial Sessions don't have a limit on the number of LITE users that can join. There is only the standard maximum occupancy limit of 70 users.
