Forms

You can use forms to deliver quizzes and surveys to users. For more information about how to create forms, see Forms.

If you place a form on the timeline, it will be delivered at that point in the sequence. If multiple people view your sequence in the same Session, the form will be delivered to all of them at the same time.

You can also attach a quiz to a trigger or button to have more control as to when your form will appear.

Adding a form to a sequence

1. If the timeline view isn't active in the editor panel, select the timeline icon ().
2. From the panel on the left-hand side, select Forms.
3. From the list of forms, select DELIVER for the one that you want to add.

4. Place the form in the environment.

The form is represented by an invisible object in the Content Editor, and has an object bubble.

The form will be delivered through each user's in-Session menu. You can't view or complete the form in the Content Editor.
