Reporting a bug

If the ENGAGE app closes unexpectedly or operates in an abnormal way, you can send a bug report. This report will help to diagnose any faults and improve the ENGAGE platform. You can send a bug report at the time that you experience an issue or after you close and restart the ENGAGE app.

To send a bug report, use one of the following methods:

On the log-in screen

If can’t log in to the ENGAGE app, use the following method to provide a bug report:

  1. Open the ENGAGE app.

  2. On the Advanced Options page, select Send Bug Report.

  3. In the Bug Description field, describe what you experienced and what actions you performed before you experienced the issue. If there is a sequence of steps that reliably cause the issue to occur, then this is valuable information to include.

  4. Select Send.

On the menu screen

  1. Open the ENGAGE app, and then log in.

Within a Session

  1. Within a Session, open your menu or tablet.

  2. On the Settings page, select Report Bug.

  3. In the Bug Description field, describe what you experienced and what actions you performed before you experienced the issue. If there is a sequence of steps that reliably cause the issue to occur, then this is valuable information to include.

  4. Select Send.
